ACCESSING & UNDERSTANDING YOUR W-2

Tax season requires understanding key documents, like your W-2, which detail your earnings and healthcare coverage. We want to ensure you have the resources available to help you stay informed and confident, whether you're new to filing or need clarification on specific entries.

Accessing WebCenter for W-2s

Current and past employees can access any past and current W-2s or pay stubs through their WebCenter account, found at: www.supplemental.com/login

What You Need To Know:

W-2 Access Info

W-2s are never mailed. You can access your W-2 online (usually after January) at supplemental.com/login

Downloading Files

When you click your W-2, it will automatically download to your device.

Downloading your W-2

Navigate to supplemental.com and click Login or visit the portal directly to access your account.

3. Once you have successfully logged into your secure user account, please proceed to click on the "Manage W-2s" button to access your tax documents.

Select the year desired then click 'Download'. If you had multiple assignments with us, use the 'Employer' menu to download each W-2. If greyed out, only one form is required.

Once downloaded, your file will be accessible on your device to view and print as needed. Be sure to verify all pages if your document spans more than one sheet!
