Celebrating Our GTBWC SHRM Certification
In case you haven't heard, Supplemental Staffing is proud to let you know that earlier this year, our Vice President, Christie McKenzie, successfully earned the Getting Talent Back to Work Certification from the SHRM Foundation!
The Society for Human Resource Management, or SHRM, established a nonprofit foundation to offer resources and training to HR professionals to help them foster talent, give that talent the opportunities it needs to thrive, and create healthy and welcoming workplaces. One of those resources that the SHRM Foundation offers is the Getting Talent Back to Work Certification Program, which is designed to equip HR with the knowledge needed to attract, hire, and support individuals with criminal or conviction records.

We here at Supplemental Staffing recognize that an individual's past does not need to define their whole future, and we are happy to help people looking to turn their lives around and reenter the workforce. To that end, we have Christie to thank for completing the program and obtaining her Getting Talent Back to Work Certification. With the knowledge gained earning this certification, both she and Supplemental Staffing are all the more prepared to recruit and assist individuals with criminal or conviction records, whether they are looking to reenter the workforce or are joining it for the first time.
